Artroveron DOLOVERON is designed to affect the root causes of back pain: it supports the health of the intervertebral discs and spinal joints, reduces inflammation, and relieves symptoms of nerve compression.

  • Protects the joints and intervertebral discs of the spine. Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM slow down the breakdown of cartilage, moisturize the joints and help keep the back flexible and strong.
  • Reduces inflammation, pain and stiffness. Boswellia serrata extract (70% boswellic acids) blocks the most important inflammatory mechanisms (5-LOX enzyme), helping to relieve pain and further degradation of joints and discs.

Glucosamine sulfate

Stimulates the production of proteoglycans and collagen, which are important for repairing spinal joints and preventing degeneration. Slows down the wear of intervertebral discs, contributing to the flexibility and mobility of the spine.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)

Reduces spinal stiffness and promotes mobility. Provides sulfur, an important building block for connective tissues in the spine. Reduces inflammation in joints and intervertebral discs, helping to improve flexibility. Acts as an antioxidant, protecting spinal structures from oxidative stress and degeneration.

Chondroitin sulfate

"Lubricates" the joints and intervertebral discs of the spine. Increases the moisture of the intervertebral discs, preventing disc degeneration and compression. Helps maintain the shock-absorbing function of the spinal cartilage and reduces mechanical stress in the lower back. Works with glucosamine to slow the breakdown of spinal cartilage.

Boswellia serrata (70% Boswellic acids)

Relieves inflammation and back pain. Inhibits 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), reducing inflammatory leukotrienes that cause pain due to osteoarthritis of the spine. Helps prevent further breakdown of cartilage in the joints of the spine, supporting long-term health of the spine.

Vitamin B1

Supports nerve function and reduces nerve irritation. Helps protect nerves from compression (pinching) and irritation, especially in conditions such as lumbar spondylosis and degenerative disc disease. Improves nerve signal transmission in the spine, reducing symptoms and discomfort caused by nerve compression.

Vitamin B6

Relieves nerve-related back pain (neuropathic pain). Plays a role in reducing nerve inflammation, which contributes to chronic low back pain. Supports muscle and nerve coordination, which is important for spinal stability and function. Helps regulate neurotransmitters involved in pain perception.

Vitamin B12

DISC DEGENERATION AND HERNIATED DISC - WHAT IS WHAT?

The spine is made up of vertebrae, which are cushioned by soft, gel-like discs that act as shock absorbers, allowing the back to move and flex freely. Over time, these discs can wear down or become damaged, leading to disc degeneration or herniation (a protrusion). These are two of the most common causes of chronic back pain and stiffness.

Disc degeneration – as the intervertebral discs lose moisture and thin, the vertebrae begin to rub against each other, causing:

  • Nerve compression (pinching) and resulting symptoms

Disc protrusion (or herniated disc): A bulging portion of an intervertebral disc puts pressure on nearby nerve roots, causing:

HOW TO USE DOLOVERON

Artroveron Doloveron® contains important structural components of the spinal intervertebral discs and articular cartilage in the highest available doses and in a highly absorbable form, which makes it well tolerated and safe for the digestive tract.

  • The recommended duration of use is 1 to 2 months.
  • The maximum duration of use is 3 months, after which it is recommended to take a break.
